The cost of the plan will be automatically reflected in the total amount due on your invoice. You are enrolled upon Carnival’s receipt of payment for the applicable plan cost (in addition to the required cruise deposit and/or final balance). Please be aware that it is in your best interest to purchase the plan at time of deposit. The earlier effective date will protect you against unforeseen circumstances that may arise at a later date and the Pre-Existing Condition exclusion. There is no additional risk in purchasing the plan early. If you cancel the booking outside of the penalty period, the plan cost will be refunded.
